Filled the acrylic bath with water and then switch “ON” the main supply

through regulator and control the temperature up

to 37°C through the regulator.

Now set the beaker on the top of the machine with water media.After that loose themo

tor coupling Nob and tight the beaker or lade shaftas your requirement

Start the motor by R.P.M. controller Nob.

Adjust the motor speed by Nob as per your requirement, motor speed

scale mark from 25 RPM to 150 RPM.

Precautions:

Do not use empty water bath.

 

While tighten the blade shaft and keep the counter position in front of Nob.
